This website describes the services offered by GxP Clinic, a pharmaceutical regulatory consultancy. GxP Clinic operates as an unincorporated business at the date of these terms.

2. Information on this site is not regulatory advice

The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not regulatory, legal or professional advice, and you should not act on it in relation to any specific product, licence, site or inspection.

Regulatory requirements differ by product type, jurisdiction and licence, and they change. Nothing on this site creates a consultant–client relationship. Advice is given only under a signed engagement.

3. Accuracy

We take care to keep descriptions of regulatory frameworks current, including UK and EU GMP and GDP guidance. We give no warranty that the site is accurate, complete or up to date, and we accept no liability for reliance on it.

Where we refer to legislation, guidelines or ICH documents, the published source prevails over our summary of it.

4. Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or oblige us to accept an engagement. We will respond, but we may decline work — for example where there is a conflict of interest, or where we do not hold the relevant qualification for your jurisdiction.

5. Qualifications and credentials

Where this site refers to registration, approval or recognition by a regulatory authority, that refers to the professional standing of our consultants. It does not mean that any authority endorses GxP Clinic or its services, or that any outcome is guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

The content, layout and design of this site belong to GxP Clinic unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Links to external sites, including regulator and ICH resources, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website, including loss of profit, business, or data, or for any regulatory consequence of relying on its content.

Liability under a consulting engagement is dealt with in the relevant service agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
